I am having a bit of a nightmare trying to track down a good, organic conditioner in the UK which is free from Silicones, Proteins, Sulphates and other nasties such as parabens etc. in the UK. Can anyone suggest anything at all? Kind thanks!
Do you have a tk maxx near you? I find organic conditioners without any of those ingredients all the time there. I can't think of a brand that I absolutely know doesn't have any of them and is organic off the top of my head right now.
Thanks Marthakins. I did a bit of research. I'm sticking with my longterm A'kin Shampoo. Its a nice clean one, SLS, silicone, protein and nasty-chemical free and with rosemary to promote hair growth. A big bottle lasts me absolutely forever!

Conditioner wise I researched myself to death and finally settled on Yes to Blueberries Smooth and Shine Conditioner. Its close to impossible to find one which is protein/silicone/sulfate free and also relatively "clean". The only downside to this one is the inclusion of artificial fragrance, which can cause some health concerns depending on the source.
I've also got the Yes to Carrots conditioner which I used as a cowash for the first time EVER and was very impressed with it as my hair gets limp and greasy quite easily but this left it clean and soft with a respectable amount of body. Haven't been able to test the Blueberry one yet.
I decided to go protein free as I realised I used a ton of proteins in my existing products and suspect it may have caused the issue of too much protein and made my hair more fragile. I prefer the idea of adding protein as and when rather than in every wash. For those who do like protein but want to avoid 'cones, sulphates and dangerous chemicals (as we all really should when we can) the A'kin range is pretty amazing!
