Hello,
A little back story, I've been every colour under the sun in the past. Then I cut my hair and stopped bleaching it. Went natural again but found it boring. So then I went red without bleaching from brown. I've now been a red/pink for quite a while now and recently really been wanting blue but a purple based blue.
What do we think? I have cool toned skin. Will it suit me? It would be either directions, special effects of crazy colour so if you have recommendations let me know.

I think blue would look good on you, however, bare in mind that you need to do a dark blue. Lighter blues will need your base to be very light or they go green.
I am not sure about recommendations but i did use special effects blue velvet which is very pigmented and would go over a darker base.

Not necessarily. If your base is pink and you add blue, you'll get a purply colour. But yeah if you put blue on yellow you'll get green 😉
I always say try it. I'm a big fan of blue hair.
