Ruined my blonde hair help me before it falls out

Ok, just a bit of information that will help people to advise you:

What is your natural hair colour?
What country are you in? (this can help people to recommend products that are relevant and available to you.

My hair is naturally a medium brown, and I live in Japan.

Here are a few pics but the lighting doesn't show it as well, and i have coconut oil in my hair which is making it look darker. Some parts are bright icy blonde and the rest is just a yellow orange mess

I'm also just contemplating just going back to brown, waiting a few months for my hair to heal, and then possibly just using a color remover.

Ok, so you can use a colour remover to see if you can get any tones left by the brown and blonde dyes out, obviously this won't take you back to your natural colour, it will take you to the lightest that particular part of your hair has been lightened to, so parts may still be brassy but at least you will have anything that has been left behind by box dyes out of the way. Make sure to get a colour remover rather than a colour stripper though as the stripper ones are more damaging.

Hair lightens in stages through red, orange, gold then yellow so it may be that the areas of your hair that are brassy have just not lifted enough to the light yellow you would need them to be in order to then tone them with a purple shampoo so that they look icy blonde. (you shouldn't lighten past a light yellow, anything past that is a matter of toning).

You mention letting your hair heal, so I wanted to add that hair cannot heal as such, you can patch it with protein and conditioning treatments to help it along the way, but essentially damage to hair is permanent, however it is a good idea to rest your hair for a while as it can take time for damage to show so you need to allow for this when deciding how much more it can take. We usually advise waiting a month after a full bleach, and a week between bleach baths. I personally wouldn't use a box dye more than once a month and I would leave a week after using a colour remover before any other processing to avoid risking it reoxidising and the colour coming back! Something you can do to help your hair is to cut off any damaged ends, as split ends travel up the hair shaft making damage worse and making it nearly impossible to grow the damage out!

The problem with putting a permanent brown dye on now would not only be that it would cause further damage but it could also contribute further to the strange green or red tones in your hair depending on whether you used a warm or ash toned dye as they are not made to use over a lightened base. If you can get hold of Adore direct dyes I would strongly recommend that you try one of their browns instead as they can be used over a lightened base, and they won't damage your hair.

You may be able to achieve an all over icy blonde eventually through bleach bathing with a good quality bleach, however this will take patience and will depend on your hair's condition as you have already processed it quite a lot in a short space of time.
