I am looking for a permanet red hair dye the brighter the better. Everything i have tried is fading to a dull color. What is the best permanent one that actually works?

Sorry, but if you are looking for a true neon red then no matter what the box says they are not totally permanent. From previous experience even the 'permanent' dyes fade over time.
