So I'm planning to dye my hair pastel in purple teal and pink (I guess calling it rainbow is kind of a stretch)
But I wonder how the heck I'm going to maintain it? I used to just mix some dye in my conditioner for a slight touch up every time I shower, but this way I'd have to redye it almost every week or two (sigh)
Has anyone ever tried rainbow/ pastel rainbow hair?
And did you keep it or did you change it soon after it faded to some other colour?
I'd really love to hear some experiences!! *cheers*

I've always assumed that hair is a wig, but I might be wrong.
The truth is, for that kind of random rainbow, it is very difficult, if not impossible to touch up. You have to let it fade and then redo it. Or carefully separate out the colours and redye them. All you can do to stretch it out is not wash often and use all the tips mentioned in other threads here to prevent fading.
