pastel blue help needed

The shade looks like Lagoon Blue (very diluted) could do this. You'd need a very light base I guess.

I got that shade by mixing tonnes of conditioner with one pot of directions white toner , one squirt of crazy colors capri blue and a few drops of ion cobalt blue ( liquid one in the bottle, cant remember the exact name) . My base was pale yellow ( inside of banana) hence why i put white toner in the mix.

Not sure. I'll have a look tomorrow on my laptop as i'm on my ipad at the moment.

ETA: This is the only photo I could find. It is actually the tests I was doing on stubborn yellow areas, before getting the finial color. After this test I added the few drops of cobalt blue which gave me that color. Sorry I cant be more helpful.

Should point out, the color was a little bit bluer in real life but my camera wouldnt photograph it properly.
