How do i make it white creamy like in other baking soda + Peroxide dying hair tutorial ? Some say to put oil in it. I only have soybean oil, can i use it ?

I'm afraid I do think know what this is or what it is for. It sounds quite terrifying mix to be honest 🙂
Are you using a cream peroxide or a liquid peroxide? Can you link to a tutorial?
