my journey...from blue to silver

hey ladies, i've started the process...i've gone and got myself a photo bucket, so this is a tet of how/if it works. lol.

so the first piccies are of my hair after i'd taken out the dreads

Then I washed my hair, no pics of that, as there wasn’t really much of a change. Then yesterday I put fairy washing up liquid on my hair, putting a little bit of water on, so I could make a bit of  lather. I then put on a plastic bag to keep the heat in. left that on for a hour or so. Then washed it out with water, followed by alberto balsam or what ever it’s called(from poundland) shampoo’d three times, k pakd for about 5 mins and then aussie overnight, with platic bag on m head again. Which looked like this once dry

I got this after seeing how well it did on miss piggys pink hair and kitty lost saying how good it is. I did a strand test and was dubious on how well it would lift. I went to waitrose and the OH was in the bath, so it’d been 40minutes by the time I got home and it looked like this

Which I was totally impressed with! But cos the OH, aka the colourist was being a moody bum all day I haven’t managed to dye my hair yet =( have ordered a second box as well, because I have A LOT of hair and we always worry there isn’t enough(has happened on more than one occasion) so hopefully the dye will arrive tomorrow or failing that, Monday. Then we’ll do my hair and also will be taking my bestie from brown to blonde.

Will be using colour b4 on her, then taking it slowly to blonde. I’ll post a new topic for that one. But yeah, im excited and impatient! Wish me luck =)
