I'm quite indecisive when it comes to hair coloring or styling. Any ideas?
My features.
- Green Eyes. (lighter.)
- VERY pale, warm undertone.
- Blonde is my natural hair color, currently colored black.
Natural and un-natural hair colors are fine! No reds (natural.), no oranges, no pinks, and no yellows. I really don't like them on me. Pastels, silvers, and whites are welcome!

If your hair is currently dyed black it's more a case of seeing how much of the black you can get out/how light you can get your hair then seeing what will work with the base you're left with.

Pastels, silver or white are likely to be impossible if your hair is currently black. My daughter has your colouring, and all shades of burgundy, plum, magenta, and cool toned pinks look best on her.
I agree with Martha though, start by getting as much of the black out as possible (colour remover several times before bleach) and see what base you can achieve before making a decision.
