List or chart with colour level vs achievable colour?

I have noticed that Pravana has recommendations for what level you need to lighten your hair before using their vivids (level 7 for violet, level 10 for blue, etc) and I've been looking for a similair list but with more brands and colours, but haven't found any.  πŸ™

The reason why I would like to find such list/chart is that I'm really new to this and I am currently lightening my hair a few steps at a time, and I would like to know what options I have with each level since I want to wait at least a month between bleaches.

Does anyone have any ideas?  *anyone*

Essentially, the cooler the tone of colour you want, the paler your hair needs to be. With reds, warm purples and oranges you can get away with your base being fairly ginger but if you want a true blue tone with no greenishness coming through then you do need to be as pale as possible.

Yes, the Pravana recommendations would apply to any brand in a similar colour.
Manic panic did a chart of how their colours look over various bases, so did the German brand Headshots, which I think is more helpful even though it is a graphic rather than actual hair swatches

I really like the Headshots chart, I just wish they had more colours in it.

The only Manic Panic I found was on their japanese site, and I like that they had a lot of colours but on this one I miss seeing more light levels on the natural hair.
This is the link if anyone would be interested: http://www.manicpanic.jp/# !picturebook/cipz

This is the Manic Panic chart I was referring to (it is hard to find a large enough image to actually read) https://www.pinterest.com/pin/455426581039727396/
It has every MP shade on 4 different bases.
The Headshot chart has 14 colours, you should be able to figure out roughly what any colour would like from that. What colours were you curious about?

Thank you! That was a great chart πŸ™‚

I'm mostly curious about purple and blue colours, but I'd like to know more about turquoise and green as well. Since I'm lightening just a little bit like once a month or so, I'm thinking about dying my hair purple for a while and let it rest a little longer before I do the next bleach session. The problem is that I don't know how it will look since my hair is a mixture between yellow, orange, brown, green and black.

Edit: Btw, the 4 levels on that chart, which levels are they? Is the lightest one a level 10? I'm mostly curious what you think the second lightest level on the chart is, since I think some of my hair is pretty close to that level right now.
