I need advice on what will look good with my natural red hair.

Okay so I'm Santana and I'm wanting to spice up my natural color. I'm really wanting to highlight with bold colors. I was thinking maybe silver and maybe teal green highlights. My hair is a dark mixture of copper but not quite close to auburn. Do you think those highlights will look good in my hair?

I think teal or turquoise look great with natural reds, as does purple, especially warm purple and magenta shades. Bear in mind that you will have to bleach the sections you want to colour and be able to section them off to add the bright colour without getting it on your natural hair. So you will need to go for fairly thick streaks rather than fine highlights.

i also think teal or purple would look great with your natural colour, or how about a deep green too?

That deep green looks amazing with that colour and I think purple would go well with it too.

I really love your natural hair by the way!

Not as nice tbh. I think very pale colours will look wishy washy next to your natural colour, and silver in particular looks a bit odd next to orange tones imo. A light blonde could work if you want a more natural look.

Okay what if I fix the turquoise and purple together? I'm wanting more than one.

I love greens and purples together, and they would look stunning in your red. Your other option would be to bleach various streaks different amounts and put a red based colour over (Pillarbox red, deep pink, magenta, etc) that could also go on your natural colour to create even more variations in shade.
At the end of the day it is your hair and you should do whatever colours make you happy.

I know, it's just I have virgin hair. This is my first time dying at all lol. So I'm looking for lots of advice haha. I also don't know whether to get streaks or my underneath or what lol.

We can give advice, of course, but it's difficult to suggest stuff to someone you don't know πŸ™‚ have you had a look through the inspiration section? There's loads of photos there that might give you some ideas.
