I bleach bathed my hair last week and it did make my hair feel horrible after. I've been conditioning it and now it feels like it did before.
I recently bought a Babyliss Wave Envy and only got to try it once. When would it be ok to use heat on my hair again?

Hair that is damaged doesn't repair itself. So if you have over bleached your hair you will want to avoid any heat styling.
You can make it feel better with protein treatments and oils, but underneath the hair will still be damaged and heat will only damage it further.
If you want to use heat styling make sure you have a heat protectant, use the lowest heat setting and only use on special occasions rather than everyday to minimise further damage.

I have Tresemme heat protect spray and I hardly ever use heat on my hair, the most I do is use a hair dryer on the cool setting about 3-4 times a week.
