So earlier this week I dyed my hair darker and ended up with hot roots. Today I tried again with a shade darker and my roots didn’t dye at all. What am I doing wrong? I used Ion Medium Blonde which ends up medium brown and a 10vl developer. I have light brown/orange roots and medium brown hair. What do I do?
