Hello there!
I'm looking for some help with my current hair mess (Well it's not that bad, just not what I want)
I've been directions turquoise & spring green for around a year, and before that was special effect fishbowl for at least a year- so quite a few years of blue!
I'm currently trying to strip it - without bleach. Going to try rest my hair off the bleach for a year to make it grow!
I've done about 10 of the random concoctions, i.e. clarifying shampoo, washing up liquid, vitamin c, oils, etc. And last night I tried colour b4, and it barely did anything.
My plan was when I got it back to blonde, put lowlights of my natural colour (ash blonde/mousey), then a mix of cerise & rubine over it. Sounds complicated when I write it out haha!
First question, if the colour b4 did nothing, when am i safe to dye? Second question, anyone have any other ideas on how to shift this?! Or is my only option bleach now?
Current colour of hair photo: (apologies for messy hair!)

Try Decolour Remover. It's worked pretty well on turquoise. Though, unfortunately, the last batch of turquoise is quite different and very sticky.

How dark is it now (your photo didn't work as I'm typing)? If it's very green it'll go horrible, if it's very blue it'll go purple. If it's very pale, it should be fine.

Whoops! Forgot to add the photos, how silly! It's mostly pale blue/quite strong blue, the spring green has lifted alot .

Just to add to what Janine said, colour B4 is intended for use on permanent dyes, not semis, which is why it didn't work on your hair.  Permanent dyes work with an oxidative agent (peroxide) which swells the colour molecule, making it stick under your hair shaft.  The colour B4 is designed to re-shrink these molecules so that they can be washed out of your hair.  As semi dyes basically stain the hair, colour B4 won't work on them, as it's not designed to remove this type of dye.  A lot of members have had good results using Decolour remover on semi dyes, so give that a shot instead.  But don't use the Decolour stripper, as this one contains bleach.

I used color b4 fashion colors on my pink to blue ombre. It completely removed the pink but the blue looks a lighter brighter blue. I think color b4 might work better on pinks and reds as they have always come out for me but not the blues.

Try color remover as i think that is better on blues.
