This is exactly what happened with my American Dream ones from Sallys. Fuming!

As i said above headkandy do a dye it yourself set which you can dye any colour (not lighter) or they do a bunny blonde which is lightest blonde which would be a great base for lilac!

Hi, If I buy lightest blonde from lush extensions, can I tone them to white? Would that work?

Mine didn't Ruby-haze, they were a tad too yellowy to tone to get to the white that my hair was. So I bleach bathed them, but it made no difference! I gave up and toned my own hair back to a natural blonde shade in the end. You may be luckier than I was though, seems to be hit and miss with them in regards to shades (and quality) x

Are there other places I can get good quality extensions from? My hair is a yellowy blonde right now but I want to tone it to white.

Has anyone bought the lush ones and dyed them with semis?

yeap, mine dyed fine, although there were a few hairs in the mix that didn't dye so may have been a few synth strands in there. But when I've bought extensions from their site rather than the ebay, they've been fine.

I got the platinum blonde ones from Foxy Locks and they toned to white easily πŸ™‚

Can anyone suggest some cheap extensions I can get? I usually need 2 sets of full head to cover my hair cause it's so thick and I don't really have that kind of money. I think though, because my hairs a cruella, I might dye one old set of extensions black to use with the black side and just buy a completely new set for the lilac.

Does anyone have an opinion on these? I'm thinking of ordering them but I can't decide as I'd have to lighten them slightly to match so looking to see how good they are for dying/durability please πŸ™‚

Ok maybe I don't like them haha. They have sent me the wrong colour and they look really really thin!! I can't tell how they feel obviously because they have a hygiene seal but I'm not so happy. πŸ™

Are they not thin because they're only meant to be highlights so to speak? I've got a full head set from Dirty Looks and I love them, they used to be Head Kandy and still do HK extensions which imo are really thick and full. I've used them for a few years.

I'm super excited, I just ordered my first set of extensions!  I never got them before because my hair is so thick, but I am getting an undercut this week, so I figured now would be a good time to be able to mix some pastel colors into my hair and get my pastel fix πŸ™‚
