Looking for advice as dyed my hair last night and it turned out very wrong! I can't afford to go to the hairdresser for a few weeks so looking for help to fix it! I went from caramel balayage in September to all over dark. I'm sure my hairdresser said i was a base 4 but it turned out nearly black but was nice after it faded a month later. My grey was starting to show so last night i bought loreal preference colour golden mahogany light brown colour 6.35 permanent. The length turned out dark but quite red under the light however my roots are completely different i have about two inches of really gingery colour. How can i fix it? It's awful! Thank you.
