Guys I need help!

OK so it's been a while since I've been on here as I haven't been able to do any funky colours due to work.
However I went to my hairdressers last Saturday to get a new colour,  which normally I do myself but as my hair was dyed black I decided it best to go to a professional.
I decided in the end to go red as I knew I wanted to go lighter so bleach was inevitable and figured since it would lift to an orange,  red would be best solution.
It actually lifted really well to a mid orange tone and when the hairdresser mixed up the red it looked like it would be a nice red, not too bright but still pretty light,  I even said I don't care if it's Ginger because Id like that.
When she washed it out I could see straight away my roots were lighter then the length and part of my fringe was still very dark.
Long story short after 2nd hair wash it's now practically Brown with red highlights in the light. And I can't stand brown hair myself therefore I'm wondering what box dyes work well over this hair colour? I don't want an extremely bright red,  as it needs to be natural for work, as I work in a bank.  and I don't mind it being on the ginger side as I was aiming for that anyway! I'll  include a picture of how I hoped it would be also how it was after I went to the hairdressers and some of how it is now.
I don't want to go back to the hairdressers as they didn't do a great job this time even though they're normally brilliant and to be honest as far as colouring goes I do a better job myself at home!

What box dyes will work best, and something I can pick up at superdrug or boots if possible!
