hey everyone,
I've been rocking my plum hair now for almost a year and i want something diffrent now.
something in the line of rogue's hair (x-men) look at pic
now my hair is fading nicely it's a kind of blue-ish purple atm now my question is
how can i get the color i want a kind of browny red color you think i can just put that color straight
on my blue-ish hair now or....please insert your ideas/tips? the picture below is the color of my hair atm.
the green bits are part of clip in extensions so feel free to ignore them.

Blue is on the opposite side of the colour wheel from orange, so you can either fade it out with force fading methods until it is really pale and dye over with your desired colour, or work your way around the colour wheel eg add pink so it gets more pinky purple, then fade that and add red, (creating a pink toned dark red) when that fades add orange to slowly get to your orangey red.
If your hair is up to it what I would try is a very quick low vol bleach bath. This will turn your Plum a greeny turquoise colour. The green tones will pull a bright red/orange towards brown, so it could be the quickest way to get the colour that you want. It will require several strand tests to make sure the results will be as expected.
