Sorry to bring this topic back up, but here's some helpful info I found for the people outside of UK:

The Garnier Ultimate Blends range is know by the name Garnier Ultra Doux in the rest of Europe. I just bought the red conditioner (cranberry and argan oil) since I didn't see the one with coconut oil and cacao butter, it is also silicon free, the smell is not the best, but it's ok!

I'm on my way to CO washing!  *yay*

I had a look at the deep conditioner version of the Sleek Restorer over the weekend, and its main ingredient is mineral oil/liquid paraffin, so I was a bit disappointed as this is not something I want to put in my hair.

Oh! I totally saw that and forgot to say! Yeah, I've seen a few things with variants of paraffin recently.

Does mineral oil have a similar effect to silicone?

Yes, it basically coats the hair. It isn't damaging in itself, but it would prevent other oils being absorbed.
