Hi ! I've been growing my natural which I haven't had in like 20 years haha.As you can see the under part is mostly grown but the top is taking forever and i'm not a fan to what this has faded to. When i put a semi perm in my hair it washes out of my natural hair in only a couple washes and locks into the bleach. My natural is weird and ashy with golden highlights. Should I let the now blue keep fading? Or try to counteract the blue with some orangish yellow just on the ends? It's near impossible to match!! Thank you in advance angels  *bee*

For what it's worth I think it looks really nice as it is! You might be able to tone it more similar to your own hair by mixing up some Adore colours but I think they will fade quite easily if your hair isn't holding onto colour very well. Like I say though I think you could easily wear it as it is, it looks like it's on purpose!

I agree it looks purposeful, I really like it! But I think if you mixed the right dye you could definitely counteract some of the blue to give you a more natural look. But I think the best bet for you currently is to keep it looking like a purposeful ombre, because like you said its going to be impossible to match, so since you are basically just waiting for your natural color to grow I would try different things keeping in mind its always going to be a sort of ombre look (which is very in anyways!)

I agree with Emmer that seeing it more as an Ombre for the moment is probably the best way, I've got a dark brown permanent dye on mine at the moment but from around my ears down it was previously bleached and dyed red so it struggles to hold colour. Basically I use Adore all over to match it all up if I'm going somewhere nice and want to look smart and other times I just let it be a sort of dark brown to gingery brown ombre other times!

You're nearly there anyway, there's so little left to grow out, well done!
