Hi there, just wondered how you guys go about putting streaks in your own hair without it touching the main colour? When I next top up my turquoise I was going to run some midnight blue and lagoon blue streaks through it but I have no idea how to do it on my own!

You could section them out beforehand, tie/clip the rest of your hair back + out of the way. When I'm doing them on myself, especially if my hair is longer, I like to take a piece of foil and use those long straight clips to secure a foil underneath/behind them in case I drip anything. You can put them in foils or wrap them in cling film or something. If you're not comfortable with it yet or worried about it you can practice with conditioner first too 🙂

Thanks I will try that, i thought it would be foil used I just wasn't sure if it would be easy to do on myself lol

It can be difficult if it's something you've never done on yourself before, just take your time doing it or maybe practice a couple foils beforehand with some conditioner so you get a good feel of it 🙂
