Dia Lights gone wrong!

I went to Sally's and asked for a silver toner, i wanted wella charm t18 but they didn't have any so instead they gave me dia lights 9.11, is this a . toner or a dye?

Either way my hair has turned brown/green/grey. I put a colour remover on and it went but i tried to do a bleach bath to get my hair Little lighter for the t18 i finally managed to grab and it's turned back to the horrible colour it was!

any recommendations on how to get rid of it? The trouble is when I'd done the bleach bath it's turned half my hair blonde and half the horrible colour!

Do I wait for it to fade or do another colour remover? I just wanted silver hair but the dia lights has ruined it!
