Desert essence's hair products?

I've been looking into experimenting with "organic" shampoos and conditioners to see if they improve the condition of my hair, but the majority are awfully expensive
I came across the desert essence line and looked up reviews to their coconut shampoo and conditioner, but was met with a rather puzzling array of rants and raves. People had said that the new formula was awful, caused breakage but there were also reviews praising them, so in the end I decided to just ask here ^_^
I'm grateful for info on any of their products, thanks!
Here is the ingredients for both the coconut shampoo and conditioner from the website

Sounds really good, lots of good stuff in there, except for there's one sulphate ingredient in each of these products, not too bad. All the goodies are high on the list which is very promising!

Aw, I'd scanned them and somehow missed the sodium coco sulfate listed  >.<
I checked some other shampoos and conditioners in their line, and it's only the products that aren't suited to my hair that don't contain anything undesirable, so I'm not sure I'll give them a go. I think it's time to go hunting again!
Anyhow, thank-you ⌒.⌒

Sodium coco sulphate isn't as bad as SLS, it is a much gentler surfactant so i would assume less prone to fading your colour.

Behentrimonium Methosulfate is a conditioning agent, added to conditioners to create 'slip' and detangle. i have seen it discussed on other forums, i don't think it is harmful in any way, and doesn't build up. Not all sulfates are dangerous, or need to be avoided. When we say avoid sulfates, we really mean sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate.

@WickedPixie Thanks for the advice ^_^ I didn't have any idea on what Behentrimonium  Methosulfate was, I couldn't seem to find a single continuing explanation throughout a number webpages
I'm still not too sure about using sodium sulfate though, I did some searching and this page was relevent http://www.hebebotanicals.co.nz/sodium-coco-sulfate-another-synthetic-detergent/
It's basically saying that it contains a percentage of SLS, even though it might be small, so I'm still determined on finding a shampoo and conditioner that are completely organic
I'd love to drop the shampoo and just use conditioner, but my hair just becomes too greasy; and recently my scalp problems have increased a lot,  and although I only get the occasional few split ends, I've noticed an awful lot more hair breakage 🙁
So my plan is to get to the root of the problem and exclude anything that might be causing this unwanted irritation, and see if that helps ⌒.⌒

My hair really hates shampoo too, have you tried CO washing daily until your scalp adapts?

I'd love to wash solely with conditioner, it would be so much less hassle ⌒.⌒ but the only reason that I've put it off is due to the conditioners I currently own, of which I'm scared will irritate my scalp further because upon checking them,to my surprise, contain awful ingredients.
Hence I'm looking for something new ^_^
