Currently ColourB4-ing my hair to start to process of going green/blue! So excited!
Also currently doing a colour b4 to see if it'll remove any of this rock n roll red in prep for me changing to pink!!
Mines worked!! Took out all my red & back to my base colour. Now i'm rethinking shades as i have a bigger choice [emoji33]
Oh wow that is a great result! I love it when I unexpectedly find myself with blonde hair π
It is isnt it! It was literally bright red with some faded ends, i used Jo Bazz for the first time as colour b4 has never worked & it basically took me back to the base i started with! [emoji33]
That's a brilliant result!
Β£5 from semi chem & worked like a boss [emoji108]
I find the cheap colour removers just as effective as the expensive ones. I love the Pro:voke one, I found it slightly less drying than JoBazz and it is onlyΒ£2.99, in some shops only Β£1.99!
Used colour b4 a few times & wasnt impressed for the money it is so was deliberately looking for a cheaper one, think this will be what i buy from now on. Never seen that one WP but i'll have a look [emoji108]
Sitting with Colour B4 slapped on in hope it'll remove this purple some more, fingers crossed. Really wanted to get Jobazz but they were out of stock π
ETA:
Soooo, lifted up my shower cap to just check my hair & it looks blue, I'm praying this washes out!
I don't think another remover will affect it much unfortunately. They seem to tackle warm tones well but not so much the cooler ones.
Shannon, have you tried the Bleach Powder + Shampoo and Oils technique?
I had overdone my purple dye a few weekends back, which I intended to use as a toner only, and I was desperate to get the vivid purples out of the lengths of my hair before work on the Monday. I tried a colour remover, which seemed to make my hair go green (and I mean a dark green)! I panicked until I deduced the colour remover took away the red tones.
Then I used the above technique, the blues rinsed away amazingly well, and I was back to normal. π

I had already used a second one before reading this, thankfully though it's removed the remainder of the blue & my hair is a mix of pastel/mint green with flashes of blonde. I won't bother trying a 3rd, thank you.

I've used that method before, but my hair felt really dry the last time I tried it & was worried as my hair isn't in the best of condition, so thought I'd give a colour remover ago. However if it hasn't faded anymore within a week or two I'll probably end up doing it π

I actually have better results on blues and greens quite frequently! But it does depend on which blue or green it was in the first place.
