The bits of growing-back hair are sticking up and driving me mad. The hair that's growing back from post-op hair loss is a fuzzy mess that I hate. There is a though in my head of chopping it all off ito a pixie cut and growing it back from there.
Here is me in my chubby-faced glory.

Oh Janine! It's YOUR hair that I really like too! Have been trying to remember who had a bright red crop that I like for ages - poor brain couldn't come up with the memory 🙁 What do you reckon?

Pros: you have the same face shape as her (wider cheekbones, narrow chin) so could definitely rock that style.
Cons: it's a lot to chop, so would take a very long time to grow back if you're ultimately aiming for longer hair. That may not be a problem for you, of course.
For me, I keep chopping mine then missing the floppy front bits to hide behind. So while I think shorter suits me (based on what people tell me) I keep pining for long hair.
So I guess I'm not being much help! Sorry! I'm terrible with deciding a style for mine. I'd love it long but people tell me it ages me cos it's so thin and doesn't hold body.
But if you can cope with it short / regrowth timescales I think go for it. A dramatic new cut is always energizing.

I think you would totally rock it! The extra height/fullness up top will be really flattering on you 🙂 I think it would look awesome too, to leave the front side pieces a little bit longer to keep some 'length' around your face, it will help elongate your face more
