I just finished two rounds with ColourB4 and that stuff WORKS. You have to overestimate the rinsing time a bit though, and DON'T dye it before you've washed it several times after!

However, if the dye you used had peroxide in it, chances are it has lightened her natural hair and it won't return to the way it used to be. You might have to put an ash blonde over to get the color you want; again, not immediately after, and be careful not to go too dark as ColourB4 leaves hair a bit dry and prone to soaking up colour. But obviously you can't know before you've tried, and ColourB4 will provide a lot better results with much less damage than bleach, so I say go for it.

I don't know anything about Rusk Eliminate but ColourB4 is fantastic.
