Colour advice

Hello, it's been a long while since I've been on this forum, in fact since I was last here I've got married, moved house and had a baby! I currently have much longer hair than I've ever had in my adult life & I have recently had a balayage but I'm really fancying a bright colour now. I'm tempted by pink which was my go to bright last time I was here. If I did a diluted rose red any idea how it would come out over my currentl colour? I would do a strand test when I get the colour but before I buy it i wanted to ask. Thank you.

Still contemplating going bright & finally got my laptop out to add a pic!

Hi Sia, I've merged your posts so your photo is with your original post. Congratulations on the new house, marriage and baby!

I personally haven't used Rose Red so can't really advise, but hopefully now your photo is uploaded some other people might be able to let you know their experience of that colour! πŸ™‚

How much are you planning on diluting it? Too much and it won't show, especially on the top.

I don't really mind it not showing on the top. I'm thinking the sweet spot between diluted enough so you won't notice regrowth but strong enough that it won't go peachy. I'm hoping the blue tones in the pink will neutralise the brassiness, I just fancy going bright.
