So I've been desperately trying to grow my hair since before christmas, and in that time it has only grown just over an inch. I'm getting really sick of it not growing now and I really really want it to grow at least a bit faster.
My question is, I know that coconut oil works as an anti-fungal, but would coconut based shampoo and conditioner work as an anti-fungal as well? I'm not sure what part of the oil makes it work as an anti-fungal so I don't know if the coconut in shampoos would work.

Just over an inch is about right I'm afraid.
No idea about the shampoo and conditioner, it seems unlikely though. Hopefully someone else can say.

Yeah I thought it was unlikely, I was just hoping it would work. And that's rubbish, I'm sure my hair used to grow much faster, but I'm just going to have to put up with it growing slowly I guess 🙂

It always feels like it's really slow when you want it to grow and it seems to grow like a weed when you want it short 🙂
