This may be a stupid question, but after dying my hair this weekend I had a TON left over. It's Punky Color mixed with conditioner, would it still be usable if I store it in a ziplock bag or a jar?

Yeah, I do it all the time. As long as it's in a jar and kept in a cool dark place it'll be fine 🙂

Yeah it'll be fine 🙂 I save my diluted stuff all the time as I usually mix too much. Makes it easier to get the same result next time too!
