Well, if I used it when my hair was 75% dry when I used it I'd be at about 4 hours drying time already π
The thought of it gathering hair occurred to me when I was this about the brush this afternoon (odd things go through my mind lol). I imagine it could get horribly tangled.

This just made me laugh, Janine π
@KatyPockets, thanks for sharing your experience!
I think it would be ludicrous to think you can dry sopping wet hair with it, but as mentioned above, if your hair is nearly air-dried, it might just sop up the last few water molecules and help hold it straighter and tame it down a bit.
I myself detangle whilst my hair is still wet. I have to, and especially as I wash my hair at night, going to bed with it wet and not even brushed, like @KatieSiepierski says, I would probably do much more damage trying to detangle it once it's dried in the morning than lightly brushing through it after washing. Although I'm used to what the 'pull' feels like, when you're actually stretching the hair - probably most of us are, so that's what you want to avoid with wet hair.
I'd say, as my hair is rather on the thicker side, this brush would probably pull a bit, so thin sections might work better for me. I suppose honestly, you don't know if it works on your type of hair in particular until you try it. Perhaps they will improve this 'invention' a bit in the future because I think it's a great idea, but for now, I admit it does tempt me a bit into seeing how it would work on me!
