Best places to get wigs and wool roving dreads?

Hi everyone,
I need grey a wig for my Halloween costume this year and I have no idea where to start. My budget is around £50. Also, does anybody on this site do or know anybody that makes full heads of wool roving dreadlocks? I want some installed soon 🙂
