Hello! I'm a 16 year old boy that wants to dye his hair in a cool color like blue, green, red, something like that.
My hair is dark black, shaved on the side and longer on the top. I need advice on what color I should choose and what color looks better in this type of hair.

You will have to bleach it first to get the bright colours to show. Bleaching naturally black hair is not easy, it will go very orange. So the easiest colour to achieve will be a bright red as you can put this straight over the orange base. The lighter you can get your base the more choice you will have for colours, but red is a great place to start. It will also look great with black regrowth.
