Basically after giving my roots a good frying the last time I tried to do my regrowth I wanna see a professional for this time and then get back on track with doing it myself.
I have lilac/ silver hair, my regrowth dark brown, how much should I expect to pay to have about 2cm of hair Bleached and toned? I've had quotes from $65, $90 and upwards, which I though was a bit much, but that's why I'm asking. What would you consider reasonable?
