Anyone tried Wella Color Touch Pure Naturals?

The idea sounds great, semi perm with natural shades, gonna give it a go, anyone any experience with it?:)

When they say semi permanent they don't mean a true semi/direct dye like the dyes sold here. Colour Touch needs to be mixed with peroxide. Wella do a range of true semis (no peroxide required) called Color Fresh, which I have always had good results with, especially the blonde shades.

I just got it and the dye itself is like a whitey-beigey colour, and it's supposed to be natural-cappuccino-blonde shade, I dunno if it's supposed to be that pale and that darkens after applying?

That's because it's a demi dye, the colour won't activate until you add peroxide.

Semi permanent doesn't automatically mean a direct dye. If you went to a salon and asked for a semi permanent dye you get an oxidative dye not a peroxide free direct dye.
The only direct dye that Wella makes to the best of my knowledge is the Colour Fresh range.

I'd say no generally. I find demis little better than direct dyes and just add extra damage for no real reason. Up to you though. I can't remember what you have now...

I would send it back or see if you can swap it for a similar shade in the Colour Fresh range.
If you really want to use it, use a very low volume peroxide, lower than 10 vol (3%) but be aware that even with a very low level of peroxide it will be causing further damage to your hair. It also may come out darker, so do a strand test.

Okay, just bought a colour fresh, two packs, shade darker but at least it's true semi, thank you so much Wicked Pixie, you're amazeballs!
Thanks Janine for the answer! I am minty blonde after stripping main bulk of blue out, going to do head and shoulders now, one more pack of colour b4, bleach powder and oils, and then bleach bath over the next few weeks, and then lay Colour fresh 8/03 on top, wish me luck:D

I contacted the seller that genuinely listed the dye as semi permanent and told them I can return one pack that's been unopened, and the other was I opened alreayd... I made the gap with the cap that you use lol
