Has anyone tried added essential oil(s) to coconut oil to create a scented hair oil treatment?
I used coconut oil for the first time today (thankyou, forum!) and it was amazing, it worked so well with the bleach and my hair felt amazing afterwards. I'll totally be using it as a conditioning treatment every so often, but I'd like to add some hair-safe fragrance just for the fun of it. Just to be clear, I won't be bleaching next time, just using the oil to deep condition!

I added rosemary oil to my last lot of argan oil because i couldn't stand the smell, it worked fine. I quite like my hair to smell of coconut, much nicer than stinky argan oil lol.

I might try this, I don't like the funky smell coconut oil has when it's been in my hair for a while. (I haven't tried argan oil to compare.)

I don't like the smell of coconut oil at all! Aragon oil even less, but I just can't smell coconut in coconut oil, I just smell icky oil (really not keen on oil, can you tell?!) ;). I might have to try it too.
