We had pasta and a salad, but I didn't eat that much - weird considering I only ate 3 granola bars today :/

Heh!

We had penne with a creamy bacon sauce, it was good. But even better, the kids washed up, dried and put away with minimal arguing; hooray!

A perk of living with a Japanese girl, last night was miso, with gyoza And rice. I didn't have the miso though as its very salty and I wasn't feeling my best, salty stuff can make me feel really sick sometimes. I grew up in a house where we rarely even had salt in the house, but Japanese taste is very salty, so not always conducive to my taste buds.

And that's why my food always tastes bland to her. πŸ™

Yum, authentic Japanese food sounds good.  I'd be with you on the salt, though, Janine.  My husband likes a lot of salt.

Last night my family had tacos for Mexican night.  I had a splitting headache that had me green in the gills, so I skipped dinner.  Later I had some Triscuit crackers with kiwi fruit, a bit of brie cheese and a touch of raspberry sauce drizzled over them.  It was light, and sat okay in my queasy tummy.

Tonight we're having hamburgers on the grill with potato chips and dill pickles on the side.
