Last night we had a culotte roast with veggies and brown sauce.  Today will be the left overs with bearnaise sauce and potato wedges.

For Xmas dinner, we ended up having butternut squash, chestnut and bramley apple soup. Then roast capon and all the xmas trimmings. And figgy pudding after. I'm really happy with how the figgy pudding came out. I used to have an amazing recipe for it, but it got lost a few years ago and I've been trying to find a good replacement since. Looks like I have it at last!

Tonight, while my mum and step dad are with his family, we're having the left over roast potatoes fried up with the left over sprouts and parsnips! yummy πŸ˜€

Tonight we had a traditional Danish "Christmas Lunch".  Lots of different stuff but my favorite was the smoked salmon.  Love that stuff! πŸ˜€

My mum's off out tonight so I'm making myself something spicy... Pasta with tinned plum tomatoes, onions, peppers, shredded chicken, chorizo, herbs and a pinch of Cajun pepper, om nom nom.

I have splashed out a bit for tonight and bought tuna steaks. I pan fry them and then slice them up, and we put them in tortilla wraps with sliced avocado and sliced tomatoes, dollop on some sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped coriander yum!
