Pets- What have you got?

i got a soon to be 2 year old tibetan terrier girl named Pookie! and she is amazing 😀

This is my Kittie, Lenore!

I have 2 cats, Lucy (who is old - about 12, and crazy.  She's sort of regressing to kittenhood and likes to play a lot) and her son Scrunchie who is about 10 and obsessed with food

this is Lucy with a cat toy that I made for her a year ago which she has now utterly annihilated

and posing with me haha

unfortunately the only one I have of scrunchie is this one of him having a good old nom on my arm

but I will try and get a better one soon 🙂

Oh a nom cat! My grandma had a tabby that would either suck your thumb or your sleeve if you sat with her. She rarely used her teeth but it did happen sometimes.

Our cat used to be a right mauler. x) She'd bite and scratch a lot "playfully", even gave me a scary lump after one of the cuts healed up weirdly (though it resorped back to normal). She's mostly grown out of it now, possibly related to me mauling her in return with tickles, but still bites to get attention and when touched in a way that she doesn't like (she hates being picked up and bites most guests who try to pat her on the head)

My friend had the most beautiful champagne tabby Tonkinese like that, she called her "Spawn of Satan" lol! Just before she was due to be spayed we noticed she'd put on some weight and sure enough, she was preggers. After she had the kittens she was awesome! Cuddly, nice to be with, no more claws etc. My friend felt awful still calling her "Spawn" so she changed it to "Prawn" so as not to confuse the cat too much lol!

i have a parakeet called skittles..hes soooooo loud and annoying though 🙁

hes red,blue and green..may be a pretty bird but i wish he would shut up sometimes 😛

I love mauler cats, my two boys love to have play fight now an again, my oldest, the aplha, fights and then when hes had enough really digs in hurts you making you shout then he walks off slowly doing his hole "you deserved it walk", my kittie gets really worked up and excited but due to his (my ex )original mummy waking him when he played fight as an actual kitten hes now kinda cowers if you shout out in pain, and i try not to but if he gets really worked up eventually its gonna really hurt.

My best mate had a cat move into his house, they call him tom coz there boring so i call it noir yes hes a black cat, he loves fighting doesnt ever stop, they wear motorcycle gloves to prevent being scratched too much lo, but i dont wear my gloves so i have a billion lil cuts all over me, i likes it though ^_^ so does he >.>

Yes alot of birds are noisy pets, budgies can be fifty fifty usally better if they have a friend, parakeet noisy buggers, african grey parrots are quiet as well as finches, but other parrot breeds are noisy as anything and it isnt funny when they copy you...all the time!

What's a degu??

Degu's are cute! They're like enormous gerbils! My kids keep asking about them but I don't what they're like as pets.

Can you hold them? Do they run off like mad things or sit still when they're out the cage?
