This might be the best thread to let you all know that Mabel has cheered up a little since the passing of her sister.  In actual fact the little wrinkle face is more out of her shell than ever.

And this is my most lovely cat Flopsy, who will hiss at you even when you do what she asked you to, strange cat!

I can talk to her in meow language though, and she reacts to it every time! Usually she looks around for a cat behind me, then realises it was me and starts to inspect me as if I was the strangest looking at she's ever seen! I don't doubt that I am the strangest cat she's ever seen! But it's so cute the way she stares at me lol!! 😀 You can tell she is thinking 'WTF?!!!' 😀

I think I replied on this a while ago but since then I have a new dog 😀

I now have two Basset Hounds.  Firstly we have Rhea, she's 8, and she's still quite naughty and stubborn but gives fantastic cuddles:

And Rury, he's 3, and he still acts like a little puppy but he is actually much longer and generally bigger tan Rhea.  We trip over him and everything.  He is surprisingly obedient for a Basset because we got him off a guy who shows dogs (he had to give Rury up because of unfortunate family circumstance - but he's come to a good home!)

I love them both so so so much.  Rury adores Rhea, he kisses her all the time!

Awwwww, everyone's pets are so precious.

I can't wait for when the OH and I have a house and can get a puppy 😀

We have 2 naughty Basenjis', Theo and Luca. And 2 very cute, but not always so cuddly, guinea pigs called shirley and willow lol.

The basenjis' are so cute and I love them to bits but they are sssooooooooooooo naughty and near impossible to train! But then that might just be our two and our rubbish training skills lol.

Almost everyone in my family got new pets! Squee! Must take pictures.

My son wanted a long haired hamster, apparently "Santa" could only find a white cross breed long haired - he has a fluffy bottom but nothing else LOL!

My daughter got the jealousies and decided to use her Christmas cash to buy herself a hammy, also white but short haired with a black dot on her ear - cuuute!

I wasn't so cute. I used my Christmas cash to get myself what I've wanted for years. A cornsnake! Gotta keep her away from the furries though. She's only a baby but she might take a nibble at the fluff's. :-/
