Have A Good Old Moan....

I just spent £20 on a ticket for a concert next week, and then I found out that I've managed to get onto the guest list as the friend I'm going with is interviewing the bands for the radio station he works for. I can't get a refund on the ticket and had arranged to collect it from the venue on the night, so I hope I can manage to sell it while I'm there 🙁

I had an absolute break down yesterday. I won't go into too much detail but my husband has taken yesterday and today off work to 'look after' me 🙁

His boss has been great about things, and we've told other people the reason is because of my knee as I don't feel comfortable discussing my depression and stuff with anyone in the family really

I don't even know what triggered it really, I guess stuff has been building up for a while.

anyway, although that's crap, today I am feeling things can only get better

I'm glad you're feeling better Glitter. I've been on the edge for a few days now and am determined not to fall in. Good on your husband too.

My own husband and I finally bit the bullet and tackled the six foot plus nettles that took over the back garden last year and I have been either too depressed or too scared to tackle since. I am petrified of nettles (don't laugh) so I was particularly brave coz I was the one literally grasping them and hauling them out of the ground. We're both covered in stings but we beat the buggers and they're all in the bin. Which is all well and good, but oh OUCH it hurts 🙁

MY knee hurts =[ had a set back the other night and ended up in A&E, my hamstring was bleeding into my calf and cos the blood couldn't go anywhere it was just swelling and swelling, went to A&E at 3am, got seen at 7am and left at 7:30am with the nurse just telling me to take paracetamol. I only know what it is is cos I asked my physio at the next appointment. He says it happens in 40% of the people who had this surgery. I know have a knee that reminds me of Quasimodo with its lumpy swelling and severe pain most of the time. wahhhhh. :'(

I've had dental problems for ages, but today one of my wisdom teeth is causing me grief.. It's split open my gums down to my jaw and all the glands underneath my jaw are seriously swollen and sore.. Just want to cry and never leave the house again

i feel your poor moths pain. im wisdom toothing atm too but compared to the two fillings i need and cant afford they aren't feeling as bad as usual. why is the dentist so expensive?!

silly thing to moan about but my boyfriend is getting his waist length hair cut off tomorrow, I'm more attached to it than he is. 😛

I have a horrible sinking feeling in  my belly thats down to a few things really.

All of which have left me feeling sick and a bit like crying.

I have three hamsters, and all of them are dying. 🙁 They're all fairly old, but they're just..dying really slowly and in ways I can't help with. My youngest one had a small lump about the size of a pea last sunday, today it's the size of a werthers original (only thing I could think of) and he got stuck climbing over something, wet himself and collapsed on his side. And I had to give him water by hand because he was too weak to get his bottle to work. I can't do anything to help any of them and I am just.. heartbroken.
If Dancer doesn't improve by tomorrow I'll have to have him pts and I just wish that ONE of my hamsters would die peacefully rather than me having to make that decision, and spend the next month awake at night worrying over whether I made the right decision or not.

My ears hurt and I have a sore throat and this really weird cough 🙁

I baked a cake for a friend's birthday today. Before I could frost it, both layers split. Now I have to start over. 🙁

The cake I baked for my OH yesterday was a disaster too! Maybe it's the wrong weather for cake baking?

My moan is that my daughter, who's 13, "became a woman" today. This is bad because;
A) I feel old and
2) I'm due on too so we're destined to be at each other's hormonal throats once a month from now on 🙁

Freeze broken cakes and generously buttercream them back together when they're hard.. Works a treat 🙂

I've just cut my mouth on a capri sun and it stings haha!

I know what I did wrong. The oven was too hot (still getting used to it).
The second one was intact, so she can have that. Sadly though, I am now obliged to eat German chocolate cake on my own.
It split, but still tastes nice. And it would be wasteful to bin it... 😀
