bleughhhh rant time.
on this forum, and some others i use there are people with a chronic case of triple posting.

like if you have a question and you don't get answers you're happy with, or need more answered on the same topic, then just comment under them again explaining yourself better or asking a different but related question.

don't make like 5 thread about essentially the same thing.

rant over.

its worse when said person makes a snide comment about the lack of response too! it does grind my gears!

My moan, I have a ridiculous amount of uni work to do. 3 week project on Othello, in that time I have to design and develop over 60 costume designs! and my minds like 'its too much! just curl up in bed and do it later!' which just makes it worse! I am the Queen of procrastination!

Ugh. I ended up staying over at my friend's place and we pulled an all nighter. Walked to the bus station at 5am, and several guys made sexual comments, plus one guy on the bus sat next to me and tried to talk to me because "you look sooooo good and interesting!" -__-
Plz stop it. Nao.

Whinge time.

Everything ALWAYS goes wrong on a Thursday night here, and everyone ALWAYS needs things on a Friday morning.  We're one person down (which happens to be the boss), and I have been working my a$$ off since 8am (before I even officially start).

I'm trying not to let myself get stressed over it.  I'm trying to ignore the fact that the person who is supposed to be helping me with the daily crap so I can do all of this spur-of-the-moment-we-need-these-figures stuff is sliding around his chair having conversations with people and when he's at his desk, he's too busy listening to other people's conversations to work.  Or just yawning and stretching and grabbing the back of his head like a f*****g ape because he's too tired/bored/just can't be bothered.  Oh, he'll do HIS daily work, but he won't offer to help with anything else.

Oh, and another thing.  WHY do some people start off a phone conversation at a normal volume and just get louder ... and louder ... and LOUDER ... as the conversation goes on?  Did you never learn how to talk on the phone like a normal human being?  My ears physically hurt, and that particular person is busy at the moment, so they're on the phone shouting ALL DAY LONG.  I've reached a point where I type one-handed because I'm squeezing shut the ear closest to her.  And I can still hear her.

And while I'm at it, seriously, some women are beyond disgusting.  Did they just never learn basic toilet manners?  Like you know ... WIPE the seat if you p!ss on it.  Or leave other bodily fluids on it.  Perhaps put the lid DOWN on the trash can in the cubicle.  And FLUSH if you take a s**t.  I work in an office that's half full of forty year old women, you'd think that they'd have learnt how to use a public bathroom by now!

Okay.  Rant over.  Less than four hours til I can go home.

^Urghhhh that gross about the toilets!

My moan is I decided to not go to my grans funeral today. We already have our tickets to see Trivium and my mum said she would think my gran would want me to go, as we haven't had a chance to do anything since we got married. I also couldn't get a babysitter. Also my ex stepdad (my grans son) will obviously be there and he scares me beyond belief, he's a very violent man, mix that with grief and alcohol - I just am too scared to even imagine(he hates me)

So, I am at home right now whilst the rest of my family are back in Cornwall at the funeral, and I feel crap 🙁 I'm now not even able to look forward to seeing the band tonight and in all honesty, I don't want to go now

Thanks girls. I feel much better, went to the gig and it was amazing! I was so close to the bands, but my body feels so old! I'm all achy!

My sisters said the funeral went well, obviously it is very sad. But I always talk to my family and friends that pass away still, it helps keep them alive in my heart 🙂 (yeap, I sound mental)

I would have done the same thing with you Glitter. Funerals just mess my spirit. I only remember going to my grandpa's funeral a few years ago and it was so shocking to me that I started getting sleeping problems and anxiety. I don't know if i could go to a funeral again.

not really a moan but still!
I bought a  foundation face stuff today for use on halloween, to make my face almost white/pink for being a doll.

Applied as a test today and it exactly matches my skin!!
Never realised I looked so pale I verge on 'dead'

My skin is just as pale, I'm sure! For a doll-like pallor, you might want to stop in at an Asian shop and look for rice powder. It's just a solid little block of white powder with a matte finish, and light just kind of sits on it. I've used it on people for the stage, and it's awesome.
