I'm tired. So very tired. Been looking for places to live for the last two weeks and travelling to the Manchester area over and over to do so. Found somewhere thankfully, but I'm still so tired.

Boyfriend is away for two and a half weeks in NZ visiting his brother as of today, which was booked months ago before this job was available. (though, by the last couple of moans, I'm lucky to have one still! I'm sorry that has happened to you guys :/ ). So now I'm tired and lonely. Which also means I'll do my usual and happily retreat into myself and cut off the world as I always do and then end up forgetting I'm lonely as I'm also happy as Larry in my own little weird world! Then I'll be a bit resentful when he comes home... I'm an extreme introvert if I'm left to my own devices!

It also means I have to deal with all the arrangements for moving as I can't relax until I know it's done. Well, I still won't relax, but it'll be better!

Moving at this time of year sucks for my business. But Lee got an amazing job, Audio Director for Star Citizen (now officially the largest ever crowd funded project, ever!) and he's really excited and I'm excited for him... but ugh, it's rubbish. But it's still better than moving a few days before Christmas again like last year!

I feel even worse for feeling rubbish about all this. It's the best thing that could happen to Lee... but ugh it's amazingly bad timing.

Oh and also. I was feeling old when 80s fashions were coming back. Now with the 90s fashions, especially the shoes, coming back with force (a period when I was most definitely an adult) I feel ancient!

Quoting an old post here sorry, but yay you're moving to Manchester!  (Sorry about the stress and everything, I get complety panicky when I have to move, but still yay!)

Meeshy, you'd probably end up paying a fair bit in fees, but have you tried putting them on eBay?  If you send them special delivery, they'll arrive in time for the concert, and you'd have a massive audience of potential buyers.  But at least you'd probably get some of your money back, especially if you put them on a 'buy it now or best offer' option, as people would then feel like they're able to haggle a bit!

Got in from a busy day earlier & gave my cat a big cuddle as I do every time I've been out all day & noticed he has fleas!! *ott* Which means my other cat must have fleas as well, I wouldn't mind but I keep them indoors as I live in a flat! They have always been flea free as well  🙁

Even though I've sat watching pole dancers all shapes and sizes last night, I am still struggling to come to terms with my own shape on the pole :/

I'm feeling annoyed by what seems like continuous gift-grabby events and showers. Can someone explain to me why two people who both have good jobs and own their own house replete with pets, new cars, etc. need to have two baby shower registries (with duplicate items no less?) And why are we required to bring a book in addition to the registry gift? And finally, why, in her infinite wisdom, does other SIL think they need a diaper party on top of that? WTH??? They've already put diapers on the registry anyway. Argh!!! All I can think is, let them eat cake...  -r-

Ugh I woke up to my philtrum piercing being so swollen I had to change it back to the bar I had it pierced with. It's so swollen and tender for no reason 🙁

Baby it for a bit Martha and it should be fine. Mine got a bit grumpy a couple of times when it was still quite recent.

Piscine YES! Baby showers have only recently become A Thing here and they're driving me mad.

I burnt my tongue while eating pasta the other day and it's still a bit sore! Also I bought a pair of black skinny trousers that look lovely but they're really uncomfortable
