I've not been sleeping properly and I'm really stressed.
Usually when I get stressed I get spots OR eczema and the eczema is usually on my arms or ears but no, this time, 2 days before my birthday when I want to look nice on nights out, I have eczema AND spots on my face.

I can't use spot treatment because it makes my eczema worse and I can't use eczema cream because it makes my spots worse, so my face is really dry, itchy, flakey, red AND covered in spots 🙁

I've tweaked my knee, so I'm going to have to modify 30 day shred until it heals ... and no cardio on the off days 🙁

Ugh 🙁 Concert on Saturday, I was gonna go with my best friend, but now I'm just not up to it (too dark, too loud, too many people, scared that I might get hurt because it's a hardcore concert) and I just texted her my reason for it (I'm feeling really horrible atm, everything stresses me out way too much - I started crying today because I dropped a plate!), but I suggested we could go to a cafe with another friend before the concert, I hope she's not angry :/

I'm really sorry to hear about your hamsters Katie. I'm sure they had a fantastic life and loved being your little companions. Hope you feel better soon. 🙂

I found 30DS level 2 in particular to be very harsh on my poor ol' knees, and I'm otherwise in pretty good shape fitness-wise. I'll tell you what I can't recommend enough: yoga, but it one of its more energetic forms. I actually do Jillian Michaels's yoga workout pretty often, as she's morphed it into an almost-circuit-training kind of thing, so you get the heart rate up a bit more. It's been fantastic for strength, muscle tone and flexibility, and most importantly it's done wonders for my recurring tendon problems!

I'm sick to death of people. Yet I never see anyone!

Janine, I feel your pain.  There are days I want to move far far away and live like a hermit.  I'll only go out if I absolutely have to... and I already don't get out much.  When I do... like I did today... I RACE for home.

Katie, I'm sorry to hear about your hamsters.  🙁  Losing a pet is terribly hard.  They just don't seem to live long enough.  (((hugs)))

I'm grumpy.  I'm not usually one to complain... but today, I'm feeling a little worse for ware.  We have three vehicles (one is my son's car).  Two are older and need work (which we knew) but the other is a 2008 VW Rabbit.  The two older cars have been newly acquired by our family and need transmission work.  We just found out today, so does our VW.  And, the warranty company is protesting paying the claim... because we drive the car a lot.  ???  REALLY?!  There's no clause in the contract to say that excessive mileage will void the warranty and we're still within the contract specs.  I am raring for a fight with a CS rep.  Bring it!!!

Hope you win that claim MM, in the UK often car companies will be like 'warranty for 5 years of [however many] miles' if yours do that maybe that's why they're resisting. But if you didn't agree to that, you should win 🙂

And thanks everybody ^.^ Just been a weird couple of weeks.
Looking forward to October starting!

Happy to report they approved the portion of our claim that didn't contain "consumable parts," as our quote from the repair shop included replacing the clutch (tis a manual transmission) and our warranty doesn't cover stuff like that.  We had a factory warranty that was good for 4 years/50,000 miles (whichever came first).  Since we bought the car at 1 year old in 2009 with over 30,000 miles, and my husband was a commuter, we turned over 50k in no time.  We bought and extended warranty that covered up to 100k miles on the drive train because the first owner drove the car hard... which is why we got it for such a good price.  We've just turned over 90k and yes, that's high for an '08, but it's a 2 door hatch back commuter car... that we use... to commute!  Fancy that, LOL!

really frustrated with my hair at the moment. Bleached and re-dyed my hair as usual with carnation pink and it's now super dark pink, which I really don't like on me. I know it'll probably wash out over time but my hair really soaks up the dye so it'll take ages to get back to the shade I was. I just want a nice pale (not pastel) pink but I can't seem to get the shade! Silly hair.
