Janine that's brilliant 🙂

I'm going out jogging for the first time in years today. I'm trying to get more fit during my break from uni.

Very impressed with myself at the hairdressers today...I had a really strange want to cut all of my hair off into a short graduated bob that I'd had before and as she asked I was very strong and asked for a tiny trim. No idea what was going on in my head!

@deloria-- i'm only about 27.5 weeks, so i'm jealous of you! i really dislike being pregnant-- i basically just want my little man to be here already!  i've been waiting for ages for the crib to arrive, but otherwise i've been making decent progress on his nursery.

his room is an underwater/aquaman theme, and i've been struggling with what art i should concentrate on creating.  but!!  i just re-discovered my stash of pictures that my husband and i took at an aquarium on an island on our honeymoon.  they're so perfect!

...now i just have to figure out how to really work aquaman in there without adorning my son's room in pictures of a muscle-bound man-- it seems kind of strange to do that!

Oh yeah I don't like it either, I keep being told 'yeah you'll have another one' I will 100% not be having another one!

Aquarium theme sounds awesome! We've just kind of gone with blue and grey! Haha

i had the opposite happen--- people were shocked when we announced i was pregnant for the second time because i was so miserable the first time!

and about the nursery-- i *do* have a tendency to go a bit overboard.  lol!  but, i'm a stay at home mom that studied art, so it's a nice outlet for my creativity that i probably wouldn't have, otherwise.  luckily, my husband doesn't mind me painting like crazy on all the walls-- he encourages it!

and new good vibration: i actually found a painting i did a few years ago that is perfect for the room.  woo hoo!!

I tied my hair up when I went to bed yesterday, and today I woke up with the most beautiful ringlet curl. It looks so heat-styled and on purpose, but this is literally the way I woke up! Haha I don't even know what's happening!

That's such a pretty ringlet! 🙂
Well done Janine! I couldn't imagine walking 20 miles!

My boyfriend left me (not positive I know), and I have to move out where I am not cos I can't afford it (bare with me, it gets positive soon), but I've found some really nice flats to view 😀 I'm really excited to move!

My landlady and landlord are allowing me to give a months notice (contract doesn't end until oct) which is super nice and my work will be allowing me to take time off if I need to view anywhere which is again super nice. My family, friends and work colleagues are being a huge help and just being amazing.

This horrible experience has shown me what special and nice people I'm surrounded by, and that makes me so happy. I'm so proud and happy for myself for not wallowing and being as positive and mature. I've really surprised myself.

awh glad you've been able to see positives, hope the flat moving works out for you!

I got stopped just now by a teacher when I was picking my son up from school. She said my hair colour is exactly what she's been trying to get and was asking me how I did it and what dye I used 🙂 Totally put a smile on my face as I haven't even styled my hair today and it's just tied up in a ponytail. I love that there are so many people embracing unnatural colours lately!

I've just started a Couch to 5k programme - just started week 2 and loving it! I wasn't sure I would - but it's a great stress reliever and helping my fitness as well.

I've also started a mission of getting more fit over summer before I go back to uni 🙂

My good vibration is that my boyfirend came to stay at my parents house over the weekend (I haven't lived at home while being with him so he has only been there a couple of times before.) And me and my sister made him join in with our tribe of harem panted people! We are planning on taking over the world.

It looks like everyone's getting fit this summer! I made myself a dance workout play list yesterday on YouTube, it's all stuff I like dancing to anyway and it's around an hour long :] I can't wait to try it out, I'm thinking of trying to do it at least twice a week, and as I begin to feel the effects upping it to 3 or 4 😀
Here's a link to it, in case anybody's interested;

Don't ask about the SouthPark song... My boyfriend suggested I put something on there that makes me laugh, so... x]

So me and Sam have (romantically) decided that we're probably going to get married next year as my Grandma is quite poorly and so is his Granfur. He asked my Dad permission about a month ago and hasn't actually asked me yet but he's told me I just need to say when to buy the ring (avoiding the baby budget). The planners in us both have looked at venues/caterers/guest lists/general costs etc, aaaaaand so many spreadsheets later we're pretty much set haha, now I have 15 months to lose baby weight and 16 months to grow my hair to a length I'm happy with/expect to be getting extensions put in for it

This face makes me happy everyday! (sorry for the baby post!)

We're getting married this December so I'm on a mission to lose the baby weight and some. Started Crossfit 3 weeks ago and I love it, I'd started eating Paleo whilst pregnant (bar a few cravings) so someone suggested Crossfit too. It's not easy but it's great fun, apart from cycling I've never really loved exercise, hated the gym etc. Just feeling really positive that I've found something enjoyable and healthy!
Off to bake some banana, pistachio and dark chocolate bread now! Yum.
