Good Vibrations

I didn't know quorn contained eggs and milk. o_o I'm not vegan, but now I wonder if the egg and milk used in quorn is organic or not.

Yaaaayyy, my pravana silver dye came in the mail today. 😀 And my bonacure + joico k-pak + several directions dyes arrived as well. Wooo. The bonacure is in my hair right now and will put on the silver dye tomorrow. Exciting. :3

So exciteddd!

My day off tomorrow so I get to colour my hair 😀 and pay day in 10 days! Woooo!

My washing machine died yesterday, but I am so happy it happened in January as I found one for just under £200 in the sales! And it's much better quality than the one I have and can hold more clothing

Having a great hair and makeup day! I tribute the good hair day to the keratin treatment lol. Also, I'm getting great photos of my hair now that a lot of the snow is gone! Very accurate to real life color, I'm pretty happy about it lol

I think I'm going to get my hair cut short today! I'm excited 😀

I'm not sure yet, but possibly pretty short! Definitely at the back anyway, maybe a bit of length in the front.

Janine, that's so exciting!  A colleague with nearly waist-length, black sleek hair turned up today with an angle cut, just below neck in the back, angling down/longer at the sides.  I thought that was SO brave of her, and it looked so cute!  I hope you post photos.

Good vibration... but first a bad vibration.  Unfortunately I went too mad with the Pravana Silver, and on me, it left a lot of blue coming out of the lengths from the top.  Another colleague (who tells it like it is!) even said something like "oh hun, you've done your hair again, it is looking blue, you're going to have to do something about that!"  So I've used Katie's fading treatment, without the peroxide, and it's turned the 'right' blonde now.  I'm quite pleased and actually comfortable with it now.

But I'm not surprised, it's just like 'me' to take a good thing and push it too far.  I do it all the time!

Now to the good vibration, preparing for an annual work dinner this week which is at a very high-end, posh, well-known restaurant in London.  Apparently our only 'perk' at the company and my first year there.  So I'm glad my hair feels normal and looking forward to wearing my long, black dress with gold flecks and getting all dolled up!

Still wondering whether to wear my hair straight, or give it some curls, or just a little wave.  May not decide till the night before, which is tomorrow night!  I do just hope it turns out okay.

Glad the fading treatment helped get it to the blonde you want! Shame the silver went blue on you, though. Have a good time at your dinner! That's certainly a nice perk, even if it's the only one.

I'm SO excited! If the mail doesn't screw up, my second Ball Jointed Doll should arrive tomorrow. She's a Soom Faery Asis, in case anyone who's into BJDs is reading (or anyone who wants to google it). :3 She fits barbie clothes and I'm crocheting a dress for her right now, since she'll be nude until payday, after which I'll be able to order some clothes for her (and a different wig and different eyes, etc.). So happy!

It was my nephews first birthday today 🙂 I can't believe he's already a year old its gone so quick. We were meant to go to the monkey sanctuary, but it's been raining all day, so they were all inside. Well have to go this weekend or something 🙂 he got lots of toys, but all he was interested in was playing with the wrapping paper xD

She'll have pastel coloured hair, probably a minty colour. Right now she's wearing the wig I got her with. I'm so happy with her. <3

AAAh Rij, I love ball jointed dolls! I've always lusted after a soom doll but I just can't afford it. I have others though 🙂 I love pastel wigs on dolls. (Slight doll spam here, this is my doll chateau bella.)
