Congrats FizzWhizz! And great news Pippa!
My husband did his first official WPC powerlifting competition yesterday. It was a bloody long day (up at 5am to drive over to Folkestone for 8am registration, then sitting around all day on hideously uncomfortable wooden benches, Lester lifted at 3:30pm, then awards ceremony at 8pm, and finally got home around 10pm!), but he won a silver medal for his weight class and set a British deadlift record for his weight class (255kg lift). So proud of him!

Congratulations FizzWhizz!
For the first time I used conditioner to dilute a hair dye and I am so pleased that it has eliminated rub-off of my neck!! Long-time readers of the forum probably remember that when I was badly depressed rub-off really got me down, bizarrely enough, so I'm so chuffed that this pink has just dyed my French manicure and my pillow but not my skin 🙂

Got my work permit approved so I can stay in Canada for at least another year! Finally all the stress and tears and bureaucratic nonsense is over and has paid off!
