Even though I was hugely screwed over for my tickets to go to Reading festival this week I've now been able to find work there so not only am I being refunded the ticket price, I get to go for FREE, get paid for it and my hair has gone as planned. good morning alllllll round 🙂

I start uni in a month! and I've even found some of my course mates online so I'm feeling slightly less nervous about starting.

Heh, good luck with that! My OH insisted his fingers were too big, I poo-pooed. When I finally got him to the Jewellery Quarter, he couldn't try any on for style as his fingers are indeed triangular, normal width at the tips but just get w-i-d-e-r as they go down. Z+1 and £700(!!!) later, he got one.

That's more than 4 times the price of my dress  😮

that's insane!  mine is only £40, £55 if it needs adjusting.  hoping ryan's will be the same. trying to do this all on a very tight budget :s

The more I think about it, the more ridiculous it seems. I had platinum for mine as that's what my engagement ring is and different metals don't generally mix as they wear at different rates. But I have fairly diddy fingers (size K) and I don't think he appreciated just how much more it'd be for his sausage digits. I hear ya on the budget front, our ceremony is only £125 but once we've kitted out us and five children, plus paid for a meal for immediate family we're looking at a couple of grand, easy peasy, rings not included! 🙁

I love opals, so pretty! I hope your OH shops without too much whining 🙂
