Wow Raa, those cakes are awesome 😀

Those cakes look om nom! On a similar note, my friend is making my wedding cake and has been sending me progress pics, it's looking ace! I'll stick a pic on here after the big day. Only three weeks to go! 😀

My happy is that my house is clean 🙂 That may sound a bit tragic but if my house is untidy and there's "hidden" dirt (I mean if it looks clean at a glance but really under, behind and on top of stuff you don't see unless you're really looking, I'd mucky) then it really gets me down. Since my boys are away this week and next I have busied myself moving all the furniture out and scrubbing, vacuuming and dusting the entire place top to bottom. I have decluttered a tonne of crap too and I just feel so much better in myself 🙂

AND, I'm getting a much needed haircut tomorrow!

I cut my hair last night, took about 2 inches off the length and layered it. It feels so nice now!

Finally got a chance to do my roots!  It's been about 6 weeks, and they were getting massive!  And very GREY!  I'm aiming for a very rich blue/black, so I've mixed 50/50 blue black and silver permanents and added the same amount of 10vol developer, and I'm hoping the base result will be a sort of darkish steel or charcoal grey.  Then tomorrow, I shall go over the whole thing with a 50/50 mix of Adore black & Directions midnight blue.  I didn't want to bleach first (or bb) because when the base is more blondish, it comes out more of a navy blue rather than blue/black, so I'm hoping this will work!  Fingers crossed!

EDIT: forgot to add that this makes me very happy!  When I last dyed about 6 weeks ago, I was using up some odds and ends of permanents I had sitting around, and they didn't work too well, faded after only a couple of weeks and my hair was very 'blah' and brownish for a looooonnng time!  Getting a nice deep, rich black back will make me very happy!

I visited my auntie and uncle who I haven't seen for two years. It was soo nice, I missed them loads.

Just got a call from Lloyds, I'll find out by next friday if I have the job! Just the reference left for them to check! I'm so excited!

I have also managed to switch my course at university. I am very happy to begin clinical photography 🙂
