EDIT: in the meantime.... I've been doing this:

One of my dolls keeps a painting of his mother in his house so  had to paint her today. I was going to find a random photo on the 'net and photoshop it but I realised what a wally I was being as I actually paint pictures so... Yeah I painted my own.

In case anyone asks, he's a crossdresser so that's why he looks so pretty, I made his dreads and I painted his face. The kanji symbol on his face means "chaos" because he's a bit of a "one" if you get mi drift. I also made his nose and his ear lobes coz his head was actually female before I got my hands on it lol!

Yeah the head was originally a mold of "Summer Glau" the actress and her face is so strong that I saw the doll head and thought, hey that could be a guy if I changed it a bit.

Thanks Intemp & Robyn. Yeah each doll has a story, most BJD collectors write stories and backgrounds for their dolls, very few just collect them and keep them on the shelf to look pretty. ;D

I got asked to design a tattoo for my friend and then after doing that I decided to try and do realistic stuff so I drew some eyes

And then I decided to try and draw my first ever portrait and this was it:

Those are really cool, sort of simple but effective if that makes sense.

I haven't really drawn in years I'm afraid, not for pleasure anyway. My drawing skills have gone down hill and now I can only draw on photoshop, all the drawings/sketches are at least 4 years old!

Amazing thread guys! Lots of talent here 😀 creative people obviously like to express themselves with fabulous hair colours hehe. I'm borrowing my bf's laptop (he's stolen my awesome laptop to play the GW2 beta) so I don't have any of my stuff on here but I'd love to contribute soon 😛

Here's a drawing of a dragon I did when I was 8. I've been drawing cartoon animals for as long as I remember and its still about the only thing I enjoy drawing 😛 only everything I do has big eyes because my no 1 influence when I was younger was the simpsons
