I had an internship in the criminal justice field and I think the cops and detectives are incredibly hot. Especially the detectives. Is anyone else crazy for these men? They just seem so strong and independent minded and free spirited. I'm the creative type so I get bored by cookie cutter straight laced types who like to use logic and sit behind a desk all day in a corporation.
I think that you'd be surprised if you knew these guys outside of work π
I know heavy rocker accountants which if you looked at them you wouldn't believe it if I told you, I know a solicitor who has 6 piercings just in his facial area though he takes them out for work (you also wouldn't picture him with top hat tails and a cane at his wedding but it happened), yet these people would seem a certain type of person they most definitely are not.
Oh yeah. I know of a priest who has a full neck-to-toe bodysuit tattoo (his face was blurred out in that magazine article about him) and absolutely no one except him and his artist knew anything about it.
I actually get the absolute opposite impression from police. I've known a few and generally actually hated them and their attitude to most stuff. Definitely not free spirited.
Yeah I definitely dont see them as free spirited. But that's me stereotyping.
Yeah, I should add, I'm sure not all are like the ones I've known! But the ones I have known left a bad taste.
I actually think those "logical types who sit behind a desk" tend to be more free spirited than most ... look at any online corporation's offices, or hell, any IT department. There's a guy who works in IT in my company who used to dye his beard purple. There's also quite a lot of hidden tattoos in our offices. Don't judge books by their covers; just because someone has to wear a button up shirt and slacks or enjoys writing code doesn't mean they're rigid and boring.
Anyway, I can't honestly say I've ever found a cop attractive. Soldiers? Yes, please. Cops and firefighters? They tend to be kind of dick personalities with beer bellies.
